What is veganism? ​

The plain & simple meaning is consuming only plant-based food and products in one's diet and lifestyle. 

​It necessitates completely eliminating animal-based products* or animals*.

 

* Animal products = milk, honey, eggs etc. (though honey and sometimes even mushroom are contested in this category.) 

* Animas = animals don’t restrict to 4 legged beings but any mobile life form (which therefore means birds, fish, insects etc).

 

​There are some questions that arise in one’s mind when thinking of vegan choices.
