Thank you Amruta, for facilitating an inspiring workshop. "Gratitude" topic's distinctiveness encouraged contemplation. The most valuable lesson learned from this experience was to appreciate and acknowledge the simple, yet meaningful, aspects of life.
The practice of journaling promotes introspection, nostalgia for cherished memories, and a greater appreciation for life's simple pleasures. Your topic selection was excellent. By incorporating journaling into my daily routine, I am confident that it will contribute to my personal development and improved emotional health. I am actively working towards this goal.
Thank you Amruta. I am confident that the community will draw inspiration and benefit from your workshops.

Testimonials

Neha Patodekar

I really enjoyed the gratitude journaling workshop with Amruta. Although I have been used to writing a diary since childhood, I would usually turn to it when I was upset and hence my diary tended to look negative whenever I read it later. But in Amruta's workshop, I discovered that when I was in a neutral mood, if I used the prompts Amruta selected so carefully, I could fill pages and pages with positive happy memories. My mood would lift  significantly in these sessions. I am so grateful to Amruta for redefining journal writing for me!

I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude to you. Your book on gratitude has truly become my best friend these days. Every morning, I start my day with a cup of coffee and your book, and it feels like I'm listening to your voice, as if you're right in front of me, explaining everything so beautifully.

I'm truly grateful to you for writing this gem. I've been trying to implement these techniques in my life, breaking old patterns, and it's been such a transformative journey. This book deserves to reach more and more people..it has the power to bring so much positive change....

You should definitely go for TED Talks and podcasts. The world needs to hear your insights..

Sending you lots of love and blessings. Keep shining! ✨
